I am looking for anyone who might have served with my late husband in VN. He was there from Nov. 1970 to March 1971. Here is the only info I have about him. He was in the 5th Battalion 12th Infan. 199th Inf. Bde. 27th maint. Bn. His name was Michael MacDonald and was a Spec4 when he got out.

I was with the 37th field maintenance sq. 1967-68.
I worked on F-100 ,I was at Phu-cat just before the F-100 arrived and worked out of trailers before the shops where built. Does anybody else remember those days?

I really disagree with the fact that the info of the Vietnam War does not include the story of our Hmong people. Just because we didn't have our own country, that doesn't mean that the Vietnamese were the only one involved. We had a secret war going on even and it's still going on 'til this day! They were actually the ones who were killing the Hmong people as hostages. They shouldn't hold any fame towards honors at all. Study the Hmong background before you guys look high upon the Vietnamese. Thanks!

I was on the USS Clarion River LSMR-409 from 67 to 69. The Clarion had eight rocket launchers that could fire 5 inch rockets as fast as we could load them. We were used for support where ever we were needed which kept us busy almost every day. I would like to hear from anyone who ever served on a LSMR. firstname.lastname@example.org

I was in the Air Force and my SEA tour was Dec. 66 - Dec. 67. First at Da Nang working out of the 366th Combat Support Group Life Support Shop. Was transferred to Phan Rang in September or October with the 311th Air Commando Sq.
