I was with 1st. M.P.s At Marble Mountain,67/68 Bravo co.. Also spent some time with Delta in Da Nang. but my nine months at N.A.S. Hospital, providing security there and all around the mountains was something that will last me a life time. Seeing the pictures of the area again sure brought back memories. I alos remember a place we called Charlis tanks close to the mountain. Also the 106 on Crows Nest, remember a couple fire missions form them on a island in the river at the base of the mountain. Good luck in what you are doing. Welcome home to All. I also remember we built a small medical center in a village west of the hospital. I have some pictures of it. Everything we did wasnt bad!!!!!!! I just wanted to tell you guys that I think what you are doing is great. I am currently a history graduate student at the University of Southern Mississippi. Every summer, my University takes a study abroad course to Vietnam to study the war and Vietnamese culture. I recently returned from my first trip to the country and I completely fell in love with it. Well anyway, I just wanted to say I think what you are doing is amazing, and I wanted to say thank you for helping all those wonderful people there. Keep up the good work!
